Cancellation Policy/Terms of Service
I strive to render the most professional and reliable service to my clients. In an attempt to be consistent with this, I have an Appointment Cancellation Policy that allows me to schedule appointments for all my clients at convenient times for them. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside just for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be filled very easily at the last minute.
My policy is as follows:
I require that you give me notice by text or phone call by 6pm at the latest on the day before your scheduled appointment in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows for other clients to be scheduled into that appointment slot. You may also reschedule or cancel appointments through my online booking system anytime up to 12 hours prior to your appointment if that is how you first scheduled your appointment. It will notify me of the change.
I do not return money for cancelled Remote/Distance sessions that were paid for in advance and not rescheduled, but the money may be applied to any future sessions.
If you miss an appointment without contacting me within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment. A cancellation fee of $20.00 will be charged to you at your next appointment.
Additionally, if you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment and we end up having to reschedule your appointment, we may consider this a missed appointment and the $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

I have read and understand the above Heart's Path Serenity Spiritual Coaching & Reiki's Appointment Cancellation Policy and I agree to be bound by its terms.
